Built in the middle of the Sixteenth Century, Solar Monfalim belonged to a nobleman from the Royal House, D. Gonçalo de Sousa. Later, it was passed on to the Congominhos Family, one of the oldest in the city. The Monfalins, descendents from Congominhos, lived in this manorhouse until the end of the Nineteenth Century. In 1892 Solar Monfalim received its first guest. Solar Monfalim receives you with comfort and hospitality. Between the pleasing suite or one of the 25 bedrooms, you will always have at your disposition, conditioning air, private W.C., T.V., minibar, safe and direct telephone.
