Our roof terrace has breathtaking views over the Blue Mosque, the Princess' Islands in the sea of Marmara and the bustling Bosphorous Strait. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, coffee or perhaps a drink or two. It is especially a charming roof to watch the sun dip down into the Marmara, as the seagulls cry out and the call to prayer wafts over the city.

Kafkas Hotel Istanbul is a fine example of a ''home away from home,'' located in Sirkeci, in the centre of historic Istanbul, in a quiet street. It is located within a walking distance of all major tourist attractions (Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia) and it is close to bus, tram and train links. The Hotel offers private rooms with large bathrooms, showers with 24 hours hot water and 24 hours central heating. All rooms are equipped with Split air-conditioning and central heating. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer. The hotel has just undergone an extensive renovation (May 2007). which included the provision of new clean bathrooms and hygienic toilet seats and more privacy in the rooms. There are now TVs and private safe boxes in double ensuite rooms. The staff is genuinely friendly, helpful and multilingual. There is a free travel advisory service and a 24 hour reception.
