When weather does not permit us to serve breakfast in the garden, an ancient artisan’s workshop has been transformed into an elegant dining room, and it will welcome you with freshly-baked croissants, cakes, cookies , bread , as well as scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, salami, cereal, yoghurts , and assorted honey, marmellades, fruit-juice and seasonal fresh fruit.

When weather does not permit us to serve breakfast in the garden, an ancient artisan’s workshop has been transformed into an elegant dining room, and it will welcome you with freshly-baked croissants, cakes, cookies , bread , as well as scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, salami, cereal, yoghurts , and assorted honey, marmellades, fruit-juice and seasonal fresh fruit.

The hotel has a one-floor plan with all rooms communicating on a monastic portico , and facing an ample and silent garden of orange-trees, flowers and Mediterranean plants, a perfect setting for enjoying breakfast in the warm and sunny roman days , or just for relaxing after a day of sightseeing
