This 130 year old red brick building was given a second lease on life in the fall of 2006 as JURNIEKA LIGZDA Hotel (SEAMAN'S NEST). The individual interior, historic facade and local area of the hotel create a sense of happiness and romance that fill guests’ hearts with content. SEAMAN'S NEST is nestled in a pine forest 5km from Liepaja city and 300m from the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The hotel has 15 fully equipped rooms designed to provide sweet dreams for up to 30 guests or more. Come on your own, as a couple, or with the whole family. The hotel is a great place to take time to think or have a romantic chat in our winter garden or enjoy a captain ship shape atmosphere in the hotels towers, fill your tummy with sailor style food in the cellar pub, warm yourself in the sauna and enjoy homemade green teas. We also offer conference rooms for up to 120 people as well as a hall that accommodates 70 on the second floor. There are also rooms available for your party in the cellar level.
