The staff were polite, smart and courteous, the hotel seemed clean. The manager at least offered to give us free passes to the beach and pool even though he did not attempt to amend our hotel bill despite the fact that i had been clearly misinformed by both you and Holdiay Inn about what room I was being offered

I asked several times for it to be confirmed that iw as being given a sea room even though i had also requested a first or second floor room each time i got an email from you saying that the hotel confirmed that i will get a sea view room and they will try to put us on the first or second floor, when we got there we were told it was not a sea view but a garden view and when i spoke to the manager he said it was not his fault and he told you he could not guarantee a sea view and that it was your fault for misleading me. WHen we stayed in or garden view room we also found that the phone by the bed did not work, the soap dispensing area in the bath was empty, it was not refilled, the tissue dispenser ran out of tissues the next day, the shower curtain leaked water all over the bathroom floor each time we used he shower, we made some tea on the first night but the tea was not replenished again during our stay and the light on our terrace was not working.

Although he hotel manager was courteous and polit about my complaint i felt it was wrong for the hotel not to agree to take some sort of responsibility for one of their customers being misinformed had i not had it confirmed several times that i was getting a sea view room, i would have booked to stay in a better priced hotel(more value for money.) (From tobook.com: only after complains of the guest hotel requested us to change their description: 1.and 2. floor are marked as sea side)

Many excursions are also available nearby. A large choice of menus and specialities are available: Le Lavandin for buffet breakfast, Snack Transat café ( open May to September ) and hotel restaurant 'Chez Panisse' ( open year round ) both on the beach.
