The Residence consists of 4 buildings, which reconstruction was finished in July 2010. The complex now has 28 fully furnished apartments in 4 floors, with the total capacity of 75 beds. Apartment area varies from 33 to 120 sqm. Parking available on private car park (unguarded) for 150 CZK per day/night, guarded parkin for 250 CZK per day/night.
