Fredrick the fellow that was always working, was extremely helpful with everything that came up for us. He even moved bags and cooked breakfast. He is the best hotel personnel we have ever come across.

We were first put into room 31 (I think it was), which was great because I had been hurt and needed the first available room. However the room had no shower. This could easily be fixed by putting up a partial wall, and a post for the shower head. We had to spend 100 euros more to get a shower. (However the room was very nice)
