Molino del Santo is a converted watermill set alongside a rushing mountain stream in the Natural Park of Grazalema. The hotel has been open 20 years under the same management and over 50% of its guests have visited the hotel before , some more than 20 times. Molino is a great place to relax and unwind with pretty gardens and a heated swimming pool. The restaurant is very well regarded within the area and offers local dishes in a stunning riverside setting. Having only 18 rooms, Molino offers a very personal service and the staff are hugely praised for their friendliness and professionalism. They are all employed from the local village and some have been here since the hotel started. The area offers great walking and excursions to visit local white vilages , the town of Ronda (10 minutes away) and further afield the Andalucia cities are all`possible as a day trip. Gibraltar can also be reached easily. Various activities are available in the area including guided bird -watching, (without exception, people love this!), ballooning, caving, kayaking, mountain biking, etc etc. The hotel is very child friendly and does it all it can to make younger people welcome.
