Welcome at TWISTED PALMS Lodge & Restaurant! When the luxurious zanzibarian naturalness joins the Italian taste and professionalism, the results can be just ... SIMPLY RELAX! All rooms are furnished with double beds (some with the possibility to add 1 or 2 single beds), fan (the air conditioned is not necessary as there is always a gentle breeze), mosquito nets, ensuite bathroom with shower and hot water, small porch to relax in. Rooms are decorated with furnishings from Zanzibar. If you want the privacy of a bungalow just by yourself, where the quitness is make sure by the huge tropical garden where you are deepened and the view get lost between the green of coconut palms and the iridescent blue of the Indian Ocean, the Hill Room is exactly what you need. There are some steps to climbe, but you will have to make some movement ... or not? RESTAURANT & CAFE: The restaurant is located in the Beachside Stilt house and looks out the sea. The menu includes traditional Zanzibar fare, as well as Italian cuisine reworked the Islander way. The fish, basis ingredient of local kitchen, is buyed directly from the fishermans when they arrive on the beach. The fantasy of our chef will transform, addictioning rice, vegetables, spices, aromes or coconut, in delicious typical dishes. The evening you will enjoy your candle dinner bewteen the african sky and the magic sound of the Indian Ocean : it will be a great experience! The cafe, also situated on the stilt house, it offers not only african coffee, spicy infusions and fresh fruit juices, but also a good choice of international wines, liqueurs, cocktails, accompanied by a soft music. RELAX & ACTIVITIES: If the relax is the only purpose of your holiday, you found the right place! You could lazy lie down on the hammocks and the swings in the shade of palms and makuti, refreshed by the agreaable breeze of the Indian Ocean.
