Insufficient staff in restaurant and bars in particular show evenings we waited one evening 20 mins to be served, the majority of gusts are from Germany the t v only had news channels in English

Serrano Palace Imperial Suite is a luxurious and huge suite for those who are looking for a great privacy and a real feeling of relax and comfortability. The Imperial Suite has a wide double room, a hall with writing desk, a separated sitting corner with TV and a big bathroom with separated multi-jet shower and corner bathtub with Jacuzzi. Located on the top of the hotel, it has a 100 m2 big private terrace including pool with Jacuzzi and a superb frontal sea view.
