The highlight is the mixture of flavors, chilled broccoli, balsamic vinegar, calf loin with portions of crab and Sashimi. We have created the INESCAPABLE STEAK LOUNGE in Estoril, for lovers of traditional Portuguese steaks, assuming inasmuch a concept of audacious and creative tasting. This translates into a choice of Portuguese flavors where olive oil – nicknamed liquid gold – will have supreme importance in gastronomic balance. Specialized in the careful confection of streak, the dishes vary between calf loin and sirloin steak. The menu is almost exclusively for grilled meals, with the only exception being the Bife frito à Portuguesa (Portuguese style fried steak), where the original preparation is respected.
