Our property is located in two places at 8 km far from each other. L 'apartment Eucalyptus, sea view, is located in Avola Marina, 40 mt from the sea. The Lemon garden villa is located in Noto Marina, nestled in a lemon grove, 350 meters from the sea. The apartment Eucaliptus have a wide private terrace sea view. The distance from the beach is only 40 meters. The villa were the apartment is located is in a touristic place on the sea: Marina di Avola, however the apartment is very private. The apartment has habitable surface of approximately 60 sqm + one terrace of approximately 45 sqm. A comfortable external additional shower refreshes to the return from the sea. The access is totally independent. Furnished of comfortable bed with slats. The bed mattress is in latex foam. The house is distant only few meters from beach of golden sand. Near, about 10 km, proceeding along the coast, the Reserve of Vendicari, naturalistic oasis in which is admitted the bathing. Games for children:slide, swing, tricycle, .... dvd dvx player for cartoons. We have baby cot and baby high chair. Wi-Fi internet area free. It's possible to book a trip in a boat (lenght 11,50 meters) . A skipper will drive you to see the south-east coast of Sicily, to fish or snorkeling. The Lemon Garden villa is situated in a touristic place on the sea: Lido di Noto, said also Marina di Noto or Noto Marina. However, the house is in a position much calm one and has wide spaces around why dipped in 1 hectare of garden of lemons. That makes that it is the much freshest one of the surrounding zones why the garden in summer comes watered. The Villa has habitable surface of approximately 75 sqm + one veranda covered of approximately 36 sqm. A comfortable external additional shower refreshes to the return from the sea.
