Hotel was just perfect! 20 minute walk to the centre or 5 mins to the tram round the corner. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was great with a large choice. Would definitely stay there again!

Even though it was out of the main centre it was a much nicer location with tree lined streets and a park nearby.

Never stayed somewhere where the staff are so friendly and happy to help! Brekkie was lovely with a massive choice.. Lovely spacious rooms and the most amazing bath ever!!
