The Hotel Ca l'Amagat, situated in the center of Bagà and very close to the old part of the village, is the ideal place to spend some holiday days combining repose with nature, hiking and visitintg numerous museums, monuments, temples, fountains and gardens that we find in the same village and in neighbouring places. Ca l'Amagat is a family run hotel, where each generation has contributed to improve it. It is an establishment member of Associació de Cases Fonda de Catalunya and, because of its situation, a point of passage of routes like Transpirineen Crossing and Camí dels Bons Homes. The hotel has 18 rooms, all of them equipped with telephone, satellite television and en suite bathroom, we have rooms with balcony too. Bagà is a village situated in the north of the region of Berguedà, at scarce 120 km from Barcelona and very near of Cerdanya. Bagà has an easy access by the C-16 road in Túnel del Cadí direction (North). The village of Bagà is considered the historical capital of Alt Berguedà; the Porxada square, or de les Voltes, the old part of the village or the church of Sant Esteve and the magnificent Pont de la Vila (shown in the photo) remind us of a magnificient past. The village offers a lot of attractive activities of cultural, sportive and natural leisure. Bagà is also the starting point of a lot of hikes, mountain bike excursions or all road cars excursions by the mountain. Ca l'Amagat counts with restaurant service dialy menu and a menu with regional dishes. Our kitchen specialities are pig's trotters stuffing of ceps, roasted lamb shoulders and all kind of hunting meats.
