Very helpful staff.Very clean, well kept room. Room on par with Hilton, Vienna, at about 1/3 price. Tram stops immediately out front.Great cafes etc very close, and variety of restaurants nearby.Swimming pool (heated) and gym excellent.Good buffet breakfast, fresh, plentiful, tasty.Knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful.

Is a non-smoking hotel, without any place for smokers, it is looking poor. I would range it at 2 stars. If you want an accommodation place only for sleeping and bath, it is perfect. Too expensive for the way it looks.
